Less Stress Wedding Prep
No crazy crash diet, starve the bride, freak out the groom with his shrinking fiancee routine for me! I have however decided to take everyone's advice and try to take a little more time to squeeze in a couple more meals a day. After all it is kind of silly to eat all your calories at night when you're too sleepy to enjoy them! After a little over a month of three small smart meals and two pick-me-up snacks in between a day and a kick start to my exercise routine (let it be known that i love exercise on demand channel and my big old living room to hop around in but i love adam even more! and the fact that he was the one who got the cable hooked up to beam the exercise on demand channel into the living room is really no bearing on that love - because i love him the most already!! and with the cable came internet at home too!!! is he not the best fiance in the whole wide world??!!) i was saying something...hold on i have to re-read that entire paragraph to find my train of thought...
oh yeah after a little over a month of being a good healthy girl, not only have i lost inches , but better yet i just feel healthier and happier with myself overall! so i'm well on my way to pretty engagement photos and ending up next year feeling like the prettiest bride adam could ask for. hopefully this way, by not starving myself into a teeny dress, after the wedding is over, adam won't feel like he threw one of those little toy dinosaurs in the bathroom sink and watched it do it's amazing growing trick! :O
